Leanne Malseed

My qualifications and professional achievements include an LLB (Hons) and Legal Practice Course (LPC). I qualified as a solicitor in 2007, was promoted to Associate in 2011 and then Partner in 2017.  I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Law Society’s Private Client section.

My legal career began when I undertook work experience in a law firm whilst at school. After completing the LPC I started working as a paralegal for a local law firm who then took me on as a trainee solicitor. Whilst working for one of the partners who specialised in a number of areas I realised that I had a particular interest in private client work. I came to Birchall Blackburn Law as a newly qualified solicitor in the Private Client department more 10 years ago and haven’t looked back since.

In my younger days I was a keen ‘disco dancer’ and competed in a number of dancing competitions all over the country.
