It is usually to consider a SIPP if you are planning to invest in commercial property or you are self employed and have ambitions to buy your business property.

    • What is a SASS?

      A Small Self-Administered Scheme or SASS is as an occupational pension scheme, which allows the directors or employees of a company to use their pension plans to invest back into their business.

    • Can you buy residential property through a SIPP?

      Technically, it is possible for a SIPP to invest in a residential property but under very restrictive circumstances. The limits on residential property mean that in most cases SIPP property investment is usually commercial.
